xnm 9f51ddcb74 💄 update(theme): update theme configurations and cleanup

- ➖ remove unused Kvantum theme configs:
  - `Catppuccin-Macchiato-Standard-Teal-dark#.kvconfig`
  - `Catppuccin-Teal-Dark#.kvconfig`
- ♻️ rename `Adwaita#.kvconfig` to
`catppuccin-macchiato-teal-standard#.kvconfig`
- ⚡ update theme references in config files:
  - `kvantum.kvconfig` (changed theme to
`catppuccin-macchiato-teal-standard#`)
  - `gtk-3.0/settings.ini` (updated theme and icon names)
  - `gtk-4.0/settings.ini` (updated theme and icon names)
  - `xsettingsd/xsettingsd.conf` (updated theme and icon names)
- ➖ remove unused felix config file (`felix/config.yaml`)
